About us
Learn more about the Coventry Afghan Community Centre, a non-profit charitable organisation providing cultural, social and religious services to the community in Whittier, California and beyond.

Background
The Coventry Afghan Community Centre (CACC) began its activities as a small community association in 2002 in response to the growing need of Afghan immigrants for a place where they can practice their religion, traditions, and celebrate cultural ceremonies. Two years later, in 2004, the organisation was officially registered with the Coventry City Council.

Our reach
CACC currently serves approximately 1,400 families and individual members, along with hundreds of non-members who actively participate in our programmes and benefit from our services. We're making a difference, one person at a time.

Vision & mission
Vision: A dynamic and inclusive community that constantly thrives towards cultural, social and spiritual growth.
Mission Statement: To help members of the community make a positive difference by educating, inspiring and empowering them through a variety of educational and cultural programmes.
